Diddy sells house where his baby mama, Kim Porter died

  Diddy has sold the mansion where his late baby mama, Kim Porter died.   TMZ reported that the music producer put up the Toluca Lake mansion up for sale back in October, listing it for $7 million and there's now a buyer. The deal is pending and will likely close this week, but the sale is not final.   The sprawling estate is 9,655 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, including a family-sized pool and spa, plus a sports court. The gated property sits on a half-acre on one of the most famous streets in the San Fernando Valley and the celeb neighbors include Steve Carell, Billy Ray Cyrus, Viola Davis and Sia.   Kim who was a model and actress, dated Diddy off and on for 13 years and they had 3 kids together, including 2 daughters and a son. She was found dead in the home back in November 2018 at the age of 47, after losing her battle with pneumonia.

Naira gains at official market as demand for dollar eases further

The Naira appreciated against the US Dollar at the Investors and Exporters (I&E) window of the foreign exchange market on Thursday by 0.09 per cent or 37 kobo. According to data on the FMDQ Securities Exchange, the local currency was sold for N414.73/$1 at the market segment compared with N415.10/$1 it was traded at the preceding session. It was gathered that the turnover on Thursday depreciated at the investors’ window yesterday to $107.92 million from $215.29 million published at the preceding session. This indicated a $107.37 million or 49.9 per cent decline in the daily turnover of the market that caters to investors and exporters FX needs. This low demand for forex at the I&E was likely responsible for the gains the local currency recorded against the greenback yesterday. Former Military President, Ibrahim Babangida, has endorsed Vice President Yemi Osinbajo for the presidency in 2023, saying the VP was the right man to steer Nigeria in the right direction. Babangida’s endorsement of Osinbajo came when he recieved the Osinbajo Grassroots Organization (OGO) a support group projecting the VP for the 2023 presidency, at his Uphill Mansion residence in Minna, Niger State, on Thursday.   Bitcoin and Ethereum finally made their way out of the three weeks dip as the cryptocurrency market headed into Christmas period this weekend, with the two crypto averaging two percent rise in value. In the last 24hour, bitcoin market value appreciated by 3.84 percent to finally hit $51,378 per coin after being stuck under $50,000 in the last three weeks. Prior to the latest hike in value, BTC traded at $48,060.68, its lowest in 24 hours, but had also sold for $51,378 during the same period, before retracting to $50,836.70. Sell pressure had kept bitcoin down since attaining it’s All-Time High of $68,990.90 in the second week of November, while Ethereum had also struggled to maintain its peak level of $4,865.57.   Chinese social media product, TikTok, has surpassed both Facebook and Google as the most visited website in 2021. This is according to an analysis of web traffic for the year under review by storage software company, Cloudflare. Cloudflare noted that TikTok was the most visited website and most widely used social media platform, judging from how much web traffic these sites generated in 2021. Chinese startup ByteDance launched TikTok in 2016 but did not get much attention until it acquired rival app Musical.ly a year later. The app’s popularity surged in the U.S. in 2020 with notable videos including one that showed Idaho resident Nathan Apodaca skateboarding and drinking Ocean Spray cranberry juice while listening to Fleetwood Mac.   US safety regulators are investigating electric car maker, Tesla for an in-car feature that allows drivers to play video games while the car is in motion. The documentation for the investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, said the feature, known as "Passenger Play," has been available to drivers since December 2020. The games appear on a dashboard touchscreen and are intended for passengers. But nothing prevents drivers from playing while the car is being driven, according to the documentation associated with the investigation. Before December 2020, video gameplay in Tesla cars was enabled only when the vehicle was in park, the NHTSA investigation document said. Yuletide: FG declares one-week free train rides nationwide

The Federal Government has declared a one week free train services across the country.  Nigerians can enjoy the free services from Friday December 24 when the declaration was made, till January 4, 2022. Spokesman of the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC), Mr. Mahmood Yakub said the free service covers all the standard gauge and narrow gauge services of the NRC across its network and this include the Abuja-Kaduna train service, Lagos-Ibadan train service, Warri-Itakpe, Kano-Lagos; Minna-Kaduna and Aba-Port Harcourt.   NRC Managing Director, Engr. Fidet Okhiria disclosed that the decision was taken to ease movement of citizens during the yuletide.   Okhiria said;    “The decision which was made in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation, is to ease movement of citizens during the yuletide. “This is to help ease the cost of transportation and enable citizens move easily enjoy the festive period. “Passengers are, however, advised to ensure they obtain their tickets from appropriat
